TMJ MassageHave you been told you clench or grind your teeth or have Temporomandibular Dysfunction? Symptoms may include clicking, popping, grinding in the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ), headache, neck pain, tinnitus, vertigo and pressure and pain around the jaw and ears. Treating the muscles involved can provide a great deal of relief and can be done both externally as well as inside the mouth. Relaxation is a large component of this treatment as stress is also a contributing factor to this condition.

Registered Massage TherapyMassage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. (CMTO) Treatments are always customized to the specific goals of each client and can range from relaxation, deep tissue, as well as treatment of a wide variety of conditions.
|
Thai Stem MassageThis technique uses heated herbal compresses to induce deep relaxation and relieve stress and fatigue. The addition of heat has a melting effect on the tissue and helps to alleviate pain, improves circulation and stimulates the internal organs. Relaxation treatments are typically booked as 60-minutes. A 90-minute treatment is required for clients who are looking for Thai herbal compress but also require treatment of a specific issue or area of concern.
